Almost every collector of old snowboards knows the problem with the bindings. My Sims Kidwell from 1987 could still be ridden, but the binding is completely brittle and therefore broken. Since I don't want to drill holes in my board and I can't order new parts for the binding anywhere, I looked for a solution online.
V-PLATE
The solution is called V-PLATE. An adapter plate for old boards and 4×4 bindings. The 155 US$ plus shipping were worth it. Now I can use the board again for special events.
