Werni Stock Invitational

Werni Stock called and the pros came from all directions to attend the first day of Hotzone.tv Park Opening 2020 at the Hintertux Glacier at the Werni Stock Invitational, the first big air session of the season, for pro riders and amateurs alike.

Beste Schneeverhältnisse auf dem Hintertuxer Gletscher – es gab im September bereits Powdertage! – und ein Bilderbuchwetter waren der gebührende Rahmen für den Start der Wintersaison 20/21.

Thanks to a lot of fresh snow in the last weeks the cable cars and the park crew managed to build a perfect pro jump. But also the Jump-Line and the Jib-Line are ready to guarantee a lot of fun.

In any case, the riders had a lot of fun standing on snow again and making the jump together. It was not a competition in the real sense of the word, but rather a party with friends while boarding. Everyone cheered each other on and was happy about the good jumps of the other participants.

Nevertheless there should be winners and Werni gave awards to the following boarders:

Bester Trick – Clemens Millauer/AUT mit einem Frontside 14 Tail
Bester Style – Torgeir Bergrem/NOR
Bester Rookie – Moritz Amsuess/AUT
